A Stay at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront in Vancouver, BC

The grand exterior of the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront in Vancouver, where we stayed two nights.

For Spring Break this year we drove to Vancouver for two nights. We stayed in downtown at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront. This is a prime location, being by the seawall with views of the water and walking distance to lots of dining and attractions. We ended up walking everywhere, except once when we drove ten minutes to the closest Walmart. It just worked out that all of the restaurants I wanted to dine at were super close. The rooms were spacious, but the beds were not the comfiest. I paid a little more for a view of the city and harbour. There were huge windows giving us awesome views! This was our favorite part about our room.

They have a pool, hot tub, and fitness room, which we did both nights. There's an onsite restaurant, p2b Bistro and Bar where we had Happy Hour the first night and the breakfast buffet the last morning. The parking was free in their parking garage. I'm not sure if parking is free for every guest or just because of my Expedia status. I was also given a goody bag with bottled water, trail mix, and a dark chocolate bar.

The view of the harbour and the city was so great!

This cool looking chocolate bar was given to us from the front desk. This dark chocolate was amazing!

The Happy Hour at the restaurant is really solid. The appetizer prices were quite low. We were also given two coupons for 20% off that really helped, too. Since it was Easter weekend, they had an adorable Easter cocktail called a Spring Bliss Cocktail. It was so cute and tasted delicious! My husband drank a Pomegranate Margarita. Since we had a late dinner reservation nearby, we all split three appetizers. We had some Gyozas, Sea Salt Fries, and Homemade Chips and Dip.

They have live music on select night at p2b, the hotel's restaurant.

I loved this view from our room of the boats, water, and mountains.

The hotel pool was on the colder side and the hot tub was too hot. Needless to say, my kids had a blast and didn't mind!

The last dregs of sunset from our room on the 15th floor.

The Breakfast Buffet was great! The price was $37 CA per person, but we had a coupon for 20% off. There was a good variety of food from bacon, salmon lox, pancakes, pastries, fresh fruit, cheeses, eggs, and more.

This hotel ended up being a wonderful choice for our two-night stay! I liked the location and views from our room the most.
