Thanksgiving Highlights

Today is the last day of November and our Thanksgiving weekend is almost over. We had a fun three days of eating, hanging out with family, and going to the movies to see Moana 2! On Thursday we had a Thanksgiving dinner at home with our family and then on Friday we went to our cousin's house to have a Thanksgiving dinner with all of my husband's extended family. Then today, on Saturday, we went to see Moana 2. It was a fun filled weekend!

On Thanksgiving we had a small brunch at home. We baked Cookie Croissants using store bought croissants and cookie dough. They were so good! We also had scrambled eggs and a cheese plate.

I was posing with my Minnie Mouse stuffy since there was a Minnie float in the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade for the first time.

The day after Thanksgiving we decorated for Christmas! I will be posting a fun Holiday Decor post soon. We also tried a delicious Espresso Martini from the bottled cocktail On the Rocks.

To bring for our potluck item to our cousin's house we made three types of Tapas. This one was baguettes with Olive Tapenade and Boquerones (anchovies).

These were topped with a tomato spread and Prosciutto.

And the last one was topped with a Tuna Del Norte.

Part of the spread of food at our cousin's house.

One of our cousin's brought Nanaimo Bars from Canada, where they live. These are named from the city Nanaimo in British Columbia, CA. These were from Costco and were so tasty and rich!

They also brought this amazing Pecan Cheesecake, also from Costco. It was so creamy and dense.

We ended up really enjoying Moana 2! The movie had such a good message to it about perseverance! The music was also great.

I got this awesome popcorn bucket!

Posing outside the AMC theater with my popcorn bucket!

Such a fun holiday weekend with family and good eats!
