Dinner at Kamp Social House for their Christmas Pop-Up
An Old Fashioned with gingerbread syrup, chocolate bitters and snowball ice!
We checked out Kamp Social House in Madison Park for their Christmas Pop-Up. They have holiday drinks and even snow, which comes down with the touch of a button! They have an enclosed and heated patio where the snow is. We sat inside and made a reservation. They had the whole place decked out in holiday decor and it was a vibe for sure!
I started out with a Hot Buttered Rum, which came in a Santa mug and was topped with whipped cream. My son had a hot cocoa which also arrived in a Santa mug. I also tried an Old Fashioned which came in an adorable drink with a snowman on it and a giant snowball ice. This was a fun and festive novelty cocktail, which is super fun this time of year!
To eat, we had the Kale Salad and the Burrata. The Burrata came with house made focaccia bread, and had a hot maple roasted delicata squash. There wasn't a lot of focaccia, so we ordered another side. We weren't big fans of the squash. The Kale Salad had a lot going on and tasted delicious and so fresh. This salad had spring peas, carrots, dates, almonds, parmesan, and a yogurt avocado dressing.
When we were done eating, we ventured outside to their patio to press the button for the snow. It was fun and whimsical, and a little messy. But so fun, nonetheless!
This was our second time at Kamp, go here to see our first visit!
