Happy Hour and Dessert in Capitol Hill

Happy Hour Street Tacos with Carne Asada and a Miami Vice from Poquitos.  Poquitos is located in Capitol Hill and they're serving up authentic Mexican cuisine and cocktails. Their happy hour deal is a good one- during Ocho hour, everything on the happy hour menu is just $8! I went with a Miami Vice, a classic Pina Colada with Strawberry. Cookie Butter Fudge

What's better than eating cookie butter with a spoon? Cookie Butter Fudge! Of course, we're talking about adding sugar and butter to cookie butter. How could that be not delicious? I made some Cookie Butter Fudge with just four ingredients from this link here

It was pretty easy to make. You do have to watch your pan closely because you don't want to burn your mixture. The recipe uses two cups of sugar, 1/2 cup of evaporated milk, 2 Tablespoons of butter, and one cup of Cookie Butter. I was lucky to score the last jar of it at the store. The fudge turned out so smooth and sweet, perfect for savoring during the holiday season! Click on the link above for the recipe I used, since I didn't make any changes!
