My favorite travel photos from 2022

The year 2022 brought trips, local daytrips, and outings around Seattle. Things began to open up more this year, and we found ourselves going out on more adventures than the last two years.

My family and I flew to Las Vegas in February, and we stayed for several nights at the Venetian Hotel. This luxurious and giant hotel on the Vegas Strip offered many photo opps and fun memories with my family. The flight to Vegas gave us some awesome views of Mt. Rainier out the window.

During the winter I also traveled to Montana. The snowy views from my mom's house are gorgeous.

The springtime brought beautiful flowers. Cherry Blossoms at the UW Quad in April and lavender blooming in the summertime on Vashon Island.

The summer gave us clear views of the Seattle skyline from the Washington State Ferries and fun daytrips to spots like Snoqualmie Falls. The long summer days brought fun experiences around Seattle, such as visits to the Mohai Museum where we saw some neat views of Lake Union on our way.

Then finally, in the fall, we went to the Oregon Coast and saw a cool lighthouse, the Umpqua River Lighthouse.

A frosty and snowy day in Columbia Falls, MT.

Gorgeous Cherry Blossoms at the UW this last spring.

Pretty lavender in bloom at the Lavender Hill Farm on Vashon Island.

The Seattle Great Wheel and the skyline from a ferry trip we took to Sequim, WA in July.

A summer visit to see the Snoqualmie Falls is always a good idea!
