Happy Hour and Dessert in Capitol Hill

Happy Hour Street Tacos with Carne Asada and a Miami Vice from Poquitos.  Poquitos is located in Capitol Hill and they're serving up authentic Mexican cuisine and cocktails. Their happy hour deal is a good one- during Ocho hour, everything on the happy hour menu is just $8! I went with a Miami Vice, a classic Pina Colada with Strawberry. Cranberry Eggnog Bread

Christmas morning is coming soon, so that means it's time to bake something sweet for breakfast! Since I still had cranberries from Thanksgiving when I made sauce and Cranberry Orange Bread, I decided to make more Cranberry bread. This time I made Cranberry Eggnog Bread. I used the recipe from yourcupofcake.com and you can see it here

I forgot to sprinkle some nutmeg over the top of my bread for these photos like their recipe called for.  Doh!
