Dinner at Bar Del Corso
I recently dined at Bar Del Corso in Beacon Hill. They currently have outdoor seating on their heated and covered patio. They serve wood fired pizzas, small plates, and cocktails. Their Covid safely measures include temperature checks at the door, and they want diners wearing masks when the server is at their table.
I started with a Milano Spritz and my husband had a Manhattan. My cocktail tasted like grapefruit and it had a sweet start with a bitter finish. To eat, we had bread and olive oil, the Arancini, and two pizzas. The Arancini is a Roman street food and consists of rice and cheese inside a deep fried ball.
We ordered the Margherita Pizza and one with sausage and hot peppers. The food here is always on point. The pizza is really authentic to what you'd find in Italy. They arrive uncut at your table and they give you a scissors to cut it. The sausage pizza was full of flavor and the red peppers were really spicy. This pizza had a white sauce and there was also some yummy garlic.
Bar Del Corso did a good job with their outdoor space, making it a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
