Brunch at Ben Paris for Mother's Day

This year for Mother's Day we had Brunch at Ben Paris. Located on 2nd and Pike in downtown Seattle, this new restaurant is inside the State Hotel. I loved the way it looked inside and the wallpaper couldn't have been any cuter. We were seated next to a wall with a fox on it and I couldn't help taking a photo of my Mimosa in front of it. Ben Paris is the perfect place for Instagramming. Between the restaurant interior, the hotel lobby and colorful walls near the elevator, and gorgeous food- there's a lot of photo opps.

We made reservations to be sure we got a table on this busy holiday. After we were seated I ordered a Mimosa and my husband had a Bloody Mary. They offer a kid's menu, so our boys had Cheese Quesadillas and the Grilled Cheese. The French Toast stood out to me. It had chocolate sauce and hazelnuts, whipped cream, and caramelized bananas on sourdough bread. My husband went with the Ricotta Pancakes. They almost looked to good to eat. The pancakes were piled high with fresh fruit and came with a sauce to pour on top. What a delicious Brunch for Mother's Day!
