Dinner at Rendition inside the Hotel Interurban

If you're searching for an upscale happy hour experience near Westfield Southcenter, check out Rendition. They're located inside the Hotel Interurban and serve classic American cuisine. They have a daily happy hour with some inexpensive bites and $2 off well drinks. The vibes are warm and welcoming with contemporary decor. I selected a Lychee Martini and my husband, a Sazerac cocktail. My drink was really strong, I'm assuming they poured a heavy shot into mine. I enjoyed the fruity flavor, and my husband also liked the flavor and the strength of his drink. 

I chose the Bacon Mac and Cheese from the happy hour menu, for $10. My husband had the Tequilla Lime Shrimp for $12, also from the HH menu. My Mac and Cheese was so creamy and cheesy, and the small pieces of salty bacon really added to the dish. Highly recommend this one! They also have a small kids' menu, so our boys shared a Grilled Cheese which was served with some really good fries. 

My son wanted dessert, so we all shared an order of some Mini Doughnuts. These were served with a Raspberry sauce and some whipped cream. The one I got was excellent and I could have eaten lots more of them. 

Rendition was a solid choice for this area by the mall, especially if you don't feel like dining at a chain, which are everywhere in this part of Tukwila.
