Checking out Snowcup Cafe at Westfield Southcenter

 

The Mango Cheesecake Bingsoo from the new Snowcup Cafe! 

Westfield Southcenter just got a brand-new dessert spot! Snowcup Cafe has Korean treats such as Bingsoo, refreshing drinks, and waffles on a stick. Bingsoo is a shaved ice dessert topped with fruit and various other sweet toppings. Frozen milk is shaved finely, resulting in a cold and icy texture. Snowcup Cafe uses lactose free milk, and they also import their syrups from Korea. For the waffles on a stick, you can choose either a regular waffle or Mochi waffle and there's lots of toppings to choose from. 

They're located near the food court on the second floor of the mall. We tried four items. My son wanted something to drink, so he ordered a Mango Fruit Citrus drink. We also tried a small Mango Cheesecake Bingsoo. We all enjoyed this one a lot. The fresh mango was delicious, and the shaved ice was shaved very fine and tasted refreshing, similar to ice cream. There was a little ice cream on top, and also some yummy cheesecake pieces. This Bingsoo dessert was so satisfying! 

We tried two of the waffles on a stick. My son got an Oreo one and I tried a Churro S'more Mochi Waffle. These were fine, but nothing that blew me away. I preferred the Mango Bingsoo and would order this one again!

Since it was New Year's Day, we had Happy Hour at Joey, also at the mall. We received complimentary bubbles when we walked in, and they even had non-alcoholic bubbly for the kids. This was a fun way to toast 2025!
