Previewing the new Victory Hall at The Boxyard across from T-Mobile Park

A Manny's Beer at the brand new Victory Hall, located inside The Boxyard by T-Mobile Park.

Today is opening day of Seattle Mariners baseball! This year, there's something new for fans. Right across the street from where the Mariners play at T-Mobile Park, the Mariners have built what's called The Boxyard. This mix-use building was formally Pyramid Brewing. Now it is home to the Hatback Bar and Grille, Steetheads Alley, and opening today is Victory Hall.

I was invited to come check out Victory Hall before the general public. After the media preview event I attended, they had an opening day party open to the public at 3 pm, and had food trucks, a D.J, and full bars. Victory Hall is a huge space with lots of screens to watch the game, including a giant 20' by 11' TV wall. The space is referred to as an indoor beer garden and has two full-service bars with 20 beers on tap. They also have an outdoor beer garden that is 1,200 square feet.

During the event my husband and I attended, we were given drink tickets and were able to wander around and take photos. We each had a delicious and strong Margarita, and my husband had a Manny's beer. We had to leave before the event ended, so we didn't get to try all of the food. But we were able to eat some appetizers like homemade potato chips, fresh guacamole and hummus, and garlic pita bread. The food was from the Hatback Bar and Grille, right next door. The head chef came over and told us what each item was. The apps were tasty, as I knew they'd be, as we'd eaten at Hatback last month. See the post here

Victory Hall will also be hosting gathering and concerts in the future. During Seattle sports games, this is going to be a great spot to watch and grab drinks. You don't need a game ticket to hang out, and the space is all-ages as well.

Thanks to the team at Victory Hall for the invite!
