Dinner at Ba Bar in SLU
My favorite chicken wings in the city can be found at Ba Bar. They have several locations in Seattle. I've visited their location near Cap Hill a couple of times. When we stumbled upon their spot in South Lake Union, and we were all ready for some dinner, we walked in and got a table.
Ba Bar serves Vietnamese street food and they're very popular for their Pho, noodle soup, which they add high quality meats. The soup is delicious and some of my husband's favorite pho. He's also a big fan of the wings. We ordered two plates of wings for the four of us to share. He also had the beef brisket pho. Our food came out super fast. My sons and I started devouring the wings. These hot and crispy wings have caramel sauce, rice vinegar, nouc cham, roasted garlic, and bird's eye chili. They weren't spicy, which my kids were happy about.
I had a Frose, which is neat because as I type this, it happens to be National Frose Day, yay! My husband had the Old Fhoshion, their play on an Old Fashioned. Everything at Ba Bar was tasty and hit the spot!
