Celebrating National Beer Day at Old Stove Brewing
A perfect day for a beer! A hoppy Guava IPA from Old Stove Brewing.
Since today is National Beer Day and the weather is actually warm and sunny for April, I decided to go grab lunch and a beer at Old Stove Brewing. They're located on Western Ave at Pike Place Market's MarketFront. They offer indoor and outdoor seating with gorgeous scenic views of Elliot Bay, The Seattle Great Wheel, and the Olympic Mountains. The sun felt so good as we sipped our drinks and dug into our lunch. I had a Guava IPA which tasted fruity and hoppy. My husband had a cocktail, something peachy and delicious.
We shared a large Ceasar Salad and the Pretzel Bites with Beer Cheese. The salad was so fresh and had anchovies in the dressing, which we really enjoyed. The pretzel bites hit the spot and tasted almost too good dipped in the cheese. We soaked up the nice views while we ate, and the sun felt amazing! I really recommend this spot, especially right before or after wandering around Pike Place Market!
