Dinner at 520 Bar and Grill in Bellevue
My family and I recently checked out 520 Bar and Grill in Bellevue for dinner. They're located along Main St. in Old Bellevue. This part of Bellevue is really cute and full of shops and restaurants along Main St. I'd never really hung out there and was charmed by this area of Bellevue. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. We chose an outdoor table in their heated tent. It was really bright from the white tablecloths and warm from the heaters. A cozy and welcoming vibe for sure.
Their cocktail menu looked really good with several drinks calling to me. I chose a Chocolatini and my husband had a Manhattan. We also ended up sharing a Kraken On Ice which had Kraken rum, Cruzan spiced rum, bitters, maple syrup, with a king ice cube. This is their nod to the brand new hockey team, The Kraken, in Seattle.
To eat, I chose the Tender Steak Bites. This dish was grilled Tenderloin Steak marinated in a spicy Thai Chili Sauce. The sauce was really spicy and warmed me up quickly! The meat was tender and full of flavor. My husband had the Lamb Burger and he added feta cheese to it. It also came with thick cut fries which we all loved. Our sons chose the Cheese Quesadilla with fries from the kids menu. Everything tasted delicious and we had an enjoyable time.
This is a popular spot in Bellevue and they fill up fast. They're always winning local awards for "Best Burger" and "Best Bar" in Bellevue. Definitely check this spot out if you're in the area!
