Today's date is April 5th and it's National Caramel Day! I've put together a collection of caramel photos I've taken for you to drool over. Sorry if I make you hungry but I've heard looking at dessert photos is almost as good as eating them. Almost being a relative term. Caramel is a well loved favorite among many and can be used in a variety of ways. Paired with chocolate, it's unstoppable and makes a very sweet and rich treat. Add some sea salt and it tastes like heaven. I love this combination in cupcakes, ice cream, and chocolates. The different ways to eat caramel are endless. Today instead of eating it, I'm just going to look at photos because I'm fresh out of anything caramel in my house. It might be just as satisfying.
